A Plan Is Not Showing During Signup
Find why an active plan is hidden from the public signup flow.
Most common causes
The plan is inactive.
The plan is hidden from self-signup.
The plan has no current sellable pricing/version.
The plan is restricted by age or dependent rules.
The plan is location-specific and the member selected a different location.
The signup location does not require plan selection, so the member can continue without choosing a plan.
What to check
Open Staff > Admin > Sign-up flow.
Find the plan in the Plans list. If it is missing there, check whether the plan is active.
Turn Visible on for the plan if it should be public.
Drag it into the desired display order.
Open the plan and confirm the current version, price, access type, age settings, dependent suitability, and location scope.
Test the public signup flow with the same location and birthdate the member used.
Special cases
Family-household plans may route members into the family signup flow rather than a simple one-person checkout.
Youth or dependent plans can be hidden from adults if the age rules do not match.
Staff can still sell or assign some plans manually even when they are hidden from public signup.
If plan selection is not required, hiding all public plans may be intentional for presales or lead capture.
Common issues and fixes
Plan shows for one location but not another: review location scope.
Plan shows for staff but not members: turn on self-signup visibility.
Plan was recently changed: refresh the public signup page and confirm the active version.
Member entered the wrong birthdate: correct the profile or have them restart signup with accurate information.
