Configure Signup Flow
Control signup steps by location and decide which plans appear on the public member signup page.
What signup flow controls
Whether each location requires the waiver step during signup.
Whether each location requires a plan selection during signup.
Whether each location asks for a profile photo during signup.
Which active plans are visible on the public signup page.
The order visible plans appear to members.
Update location signup steps
Go to Staff > Admin > Sign-up flow.
In Steps, find the location you want to configure.
Toggle Require waiver on sign up if members should sign during signup for that location.
Toggle Require plan selection on sign up if members must choose a plan before completing signup.
Toggle Ask for profile photo on sign up if the signup flow should include the profile photo step.
Repeat for each location in a multi-location organization.
Control plan visibility and order
In the Plans section, review each active plan.
Turn Visible on for plans that should appear during self-signup.
Turn Visible off for plans staff should sell manually or keep hidden from public signup.
Drag plans into the order members should see.
Open the public signup flow and test with the intended location, member age, and plan type.
Important details
Members only see plans that are active and visible on self-signup.
Age restrictions can hide a plan from members who do not match the eligible age range.
Location-specific plans may not appear or may not be usable for the wrong location.
If plan selection is not required, members can complete signup without choosing a plan and staff can sell or assign access later.
If the waiver step is required but no active required signup waiver exists, the signup flow cannot show useful waiver text. Configure waivers first.
Common issues and fixes
A plan is missing: check active state, self-signup visibility, current pricing/version, age rules, and location scope.
Members skip the waiver: make sure the selected location requires waiver on signup and that an active signup waiver exists.
Members cannot finish without a plan: turn off Require plan selection on sign up for the relevant location.
The order looks wrong: drag the plans again and refresh the signup page.
