I Cannot See a Menu Item
Troubleshoot missing staff navigation items caused by role permissions, disabled accounts, or location access.
Most common cause
Topo's staff navigation is permission-based. If you cannot see a menu item, your current staff role probably does not include the permission for that area.
What to check
Confirm you are signed into the correct gym and staff account.
Ask an owner or manager to open Staff > Team and check your role.
Ask them to open Staff > Team > Roles and confirm the role includes the permission for that page.
If the page is location-scoped, confirm your staff user has access to the needed location.
If your account was disabled and re-enabled, sign out and back in after the change.
Examples
POS requires Process sales permission.
Waivers requires waiver-view permission.
API Keys requires role-edit level access because keys can grant access through roles.
Custom domain and sender domain settings require organization settings access.
Roles requires role-view or role-edit access.
If you recently changed a role
Refresh the page.
Sign out and sign back in if the menu still looks old.
Confirm the user is assigned to the edited role, not a different role with a similar name.
Check location access separately; role permissions and location access solve different problems.
