Lost & found
How long we hold items, what we donate, and how to claim something.
Lost and found items are held at the front desk for 30 days.
How to check
Email support@topoclimb.com with a description of the item, the day you visited, and which area you think you left it in. Staff will check the bin and reply within 1 business day.
What happens after 30 days
Unclaimed clothing and shoes are donated to a local mutual-aid drop-off. Climbing gear (shoes, harnesses, chalk bags) is held an extra 30 days before being donated to the youth team gear pool. Personal documents and electronics are kept indefinitely.
