Review Waiver Signatures
Find signed waiver records, view version history, download PDFs, and understand current, expired, archived, and pending-review states.
Where to review signatures
From a waiver: go to Staff > Admin > Waivers, open the waiver, then choose All signatures or View signers for a specific version.
From a member: open the member profile and review the Waivers card.
From a check-in blocker: use the member action link or access-resolution modal to jump to the member's waiver status.
Review a waiver's signatures
Open the waiver detail page.
Use the Versions panel to see each version, publication date, and signature count.
Choose All signatures to see recent signatures across versions, or View signers on a version to filter to that version.
Open a signature to inspect who signed, who it covered, the typed signature, signed time, consent time, IP address, user agent, content hash, and waiver text at signing.
Download or open the signed PDF when a PDF is attached.
Understand signature statuses
Current means the signature is not archived, not expired, not invalidated, and has any required staff review completed.
Expired means the waiver's expiration period has passed.
Invalidated means staff or a version publish action marked the signature as no longer current.
Archived means the signature remains as history but has been superseded by a newer signature.
Pending review means the waiver requires staff review and the signature should not be treated as current for check-in until review is complete.
What to check when something looks wrong
Confirm the waiver name and version. A member may have signed an older version.
Confirm the covered member. Guardian signatures show both the signer and the minor they signed for.
Check expiration and invalidation timestamps before telling staff the waiver is current.
Use the integrity indicator on the signature detail page if the record is being used as audit evidence.
If the PDF is missing, the signature record can still show the captured signing details and exact waiver text.
