Save, Restore, and Delete Saved Sales in POS
How to park a POS cart, restore it later, remove saved carts, and understand auto-stashed carts.
When to save a sale
Save a sale when a customer needs to step away, a staff member needs to help someone else, or you need to preserve a cart before switching workflows. Saved sales are temporary parked carts, not completed sales.

Save the current cart
Add at least one item to the cart.
Select Save for later in the cart header.
Topo parks the cart, labels it from the member, guest, or cart state, and starts a clean active cart.
Restore a saved sale
Open Saved sales near the top of POS.
Find the saved cart by label and saved time.
Select Restore.
Review the restored member or guest context, cart lines, totals, discounts, and checkout readiness before charging.

Delete a saved sale
Open Saved sales and select the remove control for the saved cart. Topo marks the saved cart as abandoned so it no longer appears in the saved-sales list.
Rules and edge cases
Saved sales are scoped to your staff user and the selected location.
Saved sales appear for 24 hours after they are saved.
If you restore a saved sale while your active cart has items, Topo saves the active cart first instead of discarding it.
If your active cart is empty when you restore another cart, Topo abandons the empty active cart.
If a saved cart was attached to a member who is later archived, Topo detaches that member when restoring the cart.
Common errors and fixes
No active cart to save: choose a location and open POS again.
Add items before saving the cart: empty carts cannot be saved.
Saved cart not found: the cart may belong to another staff user, another location, have expired from the 24-hour list, or have already been removed.
