Sign In to the Staff App
How staff users sign in, reset a password, and understand PIN or locked-session prompts.
Before you start
Staff users sign in with an email address and password. Member magic links are separate and cannot be used for staff access.

Sign in
Open your gym's staff sign-in page.
Enter your staff email address.
Enter your password.
Select Sign in.
If Topo asks for a PIN
Staff accounts may be required to set a 4-digit PIN before continuing. If your session is locked, Topo sends you to the unlock screen and then returns you to the page you were trying to open.
Reset a forgotten password
Select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
Enter your staff email address.
Follow the reset instructions sent to that email address.
Common errors and fixes
If the email is not recognized, confirm that you are using a staff account, not a member account.
If you can sign in but do not see a page you expected, your role may not have that permission.
If a location-specific page asks you to choose a location after sign-in, pick a location before continuing.
