Before you start

  • Open Help Docs.

  • Use your gym-specific staff URL and staff credentials, not a member magic link.

  • If a menu, button, or report is missing, check your staff role and assigned locations first.

Steps

  1. Use Organization for the business account and Location for a physical gym or site.

  2. Use Member for a customer profile and Staff User for an employee account. Member sign-in and staff sign-in are separate.

  3. Use Plan for a sellable membership template, Plan Version for the exact terms sold, and member access for the entitlement a member currently has.

  4. Use Sale for a completed or attempted checkout, refund for money returned to card or credit, and account credit for value held on the member profile.

  5. Use Subscriber, Segment, Broadcast, Sequence, and Form for marketing and communication workflows.

  6. Use Waiver, Family Group, Guardian, Dependent, and Minor carefully because those terms affect check-in and signing rules.

What happens after saving or completing this

  • The change is reflected in the relevant staff screen and activity history.

  • If the workflow affects members, payments, access, inventory, or email, review that downstream area before moving on.

Common issues and fixes

  • You are on the wrong gym URL: switch to the staff URL for the gym you are working in, then sign in again.

  • The page is blank or a menu is missing: ask an owner or admin to review your role permissions and assigned locations.

  • A member sign-in link does not work for staff access: staff sign in with staff email/password and may use PIN unlock on shared devices.
