Pets & service animals
Pet policy and how we handle service animals under ADA rules.
Pets are not allowed inside the climbing or fitness areas. This includes the lobby and locker rooms — pets cannot be left at the front desk during a climbing session.
Service animals
Trained service animals are welcome where required by law. Staff should not ask for documentation, but may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it is trained to perform.
Service animals may not enter active fall zones, climbing surfaces, or the auto-belay area. We can set up a quieter staging spot if needed — email support@topoclimb.com ahead of your visit.
Emotional support animals
Emotional support animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted in the facility.
